Besides Class Builds there are also some interesting ones explaining the mechanics of the game and important Items to consider: ![]() Here is my favorite list of TL2 Steam Guides. The Elemental Oasis also contains a battle with 4 Elemental Champions at the end of the Dungeon and they are a good example of the kind of foes that require some Item Farm preparation by the Player in order to succeed. It can be misleading since the Defenses listed to the Player on the main Stat Screen appear important however the most vital ones are actually listed deep in the Arcane Panel (the window with the big scrolling list of numbers and words). That's what all the other Defensive Bonuses are for. ![]() but I still would like feedback on whether my armor should be much higher for lvl 49Īrmor doesn't protect much from High Damage foes. I think I just wasn't playing defensively. Originally posted by SuperBeetle71:**UPDATE**. Gems are a good temporary solution until Eyes and Skulls can be Farmed from Bosses, Champions, Chests and Rerolled Phase Beasts (preferably the ones with lots of Chests). If you completed the Poisoned Skara Nest in the Salt Barrens then Act 2 will also have a Gem Vendor which can be Rerolled and Act 3 Imperial Camp always has a Gem Vendor in it's town. By Act 3 this is much easier by walking through Acts 2 or 1 which are available. The alternative method to Rerolling zones and vendors is by walking into 3 other areas (Dungeons and Portals won't count) such as the famous Paths and large areas. In other words the best way to gather the best Defenses is by all the other methods rather than by level up Stat investments which are better for improving Damage. Some Shields and the Blocking Tome also help by adding more Block Chance. The Oasis Enchanter can also be used to randomly purchase Dodge Chances from 4% to 7% per Item if it lands twice. However Boris the Stat Enchanter is the ultimate form of attaining Stats and the higher the Item Level the better the Enchants purchased. Gakm7's Embermage Guide is proof of that. I just looked up an article on how to farm, going to try the LAN/Reroll area trick, unless you know of a better way.Īctually Strength and Focus are fine for the usual Level Up investments since it helps to delete foes with high damage as soon as possible. maybe I would be better off using a single hand weapon so I can use a shield. I use a unique two handed great hammer with a focus on fire dmg, dps is 770. My stats are inverted from what you suggest: S106 D59 F99 V69. I myself am really liking the new Bone Spikes as it does wonders for pet builds. The Necromancer has just had a small update to polish a few abilities which will allow some more builds options for endgame Synergies content.
